Weibe's Renovation
The Challenge: Renovate the Weibe's aging Wainfleet home bring it into the 21st century. By using a combination of wood and steel beams Tucker Construction was able to open the entire kitchen, dining and living room up under one large vaulted ceiling.

The Project: Construct a new custom home in Wainfleet, Ontario for the Szenazi's.
This home features radiant in-floor heating, Andersen windows and Hardi-Board siding.

I first met Doug and his crew approximately 7 years ago, after a huge tree fell and crushed the corner of my house. Doug came down shortly after I called him, and arranged for a crane to remove the tree off my house. Within the next day my house was sealed up from the winter weather and awaited instructions from the insurance company. Without any setbacks Doug and his crew quickly and efficiently got my house back to its prior condition. This is the main reason I chose Doug Tucker Construction to build my new house. River's Renovation
In 2004 Tucker Construction renovated the exterior of the Rivers' Residence complete with Maibec siding, cultured stone and a hand hewn pine beam entry.
In 2009 Tucker Construction returned to build the Rivers' a new detached garage to match their home.

Simpson's Renovation
The Project:
Remodel the Kitchen, Great Room, Bedrooms and Exterior of this aging country home in Pelham, Ontario.
The Kitchen is custom built by Tucker Construction with distressed pine barn-boards and features a "poured-in-place" concrete counter-top. The ceiling features hand-hewn pine timbers to match the patio overhang.
New stucco and exterior doors refreshed the exterior of the home.

Wills' Renovation
The Project: Cultured stone, Maibec siding and stucco provide this home with a distinct new look. The addition of a 3 season room and lanai give the Wills additional space to entertain guests both inside and out.

The Project:
Convert existing storage space into retail floor space. Renovate the entire existing facade with Maibec siding, cultured stone, a new steel roof and a new front entry. The new front entry showcases products that Frank's Home Building Centre sells and provides a fresh new look for Port Colborne's Main St.

Heimerl's Cottage
The Heimerl's treasured family cottage in Fort Erie was renovated to bring it out of the 1960's and into the 21st century. Stately 'Cape Cod Grey' Mabec siding replaced the original brown aluminum siding. A new sun room on the east side of the house was added. The kitchen was renovated using pine and Corian counter tops. A brand new cedar deck with built in bench seating allows the family to enjoy the great view of Lake Erie. New windows and doors complete this cottage, making it as stunning as the view surrounding it.
Orsolit's Cottage
This cottage was built for the Orsolit family in 2004. The cottage is located in Fort Erie and faces Lake Erie. A pine sunroom allows the Orsolits to enjoy the view of Lake Erie no matter what the weather is like. Anderson windows and Mabec siding complete this beautiful cottage
